What is the shelf life of the sauce? Does it have to be refrigerated?
Unopened, the sauce is good for up to 2 years from the bottling date. Once opened, we recommend storing it in the fridge and using within a month.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long do orders take to ship?
Your order will be packed up and shipped out in 3-5 business days.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll see what may have happened.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer exchanges on merchandise, if we have the requested item still in stock. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our food products.
My order arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?
We hate to hear that! We package our orders as safely as possible, but mishandling can happen along the way. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to replace your order or make it right.

Yes! Select the “Local Pickup (Downtown Raleigh)” shipping method checkout and we’ll email you to coordinate a pickup time at our Downtown Raleigh headquarters.
